A: Use the open face headset. You have two options
for that. One would be to use your zip in wind
curtain that came with the helmet and simply
Velcro the speakers on the inside of that. Click

A: You have a one year warranty from original
purchasing date with a copy of the receipt. Please

A: An average of one year depending on how you
maintain your battery.

A: No, you will need to purchase that directly
with us on our toll free number.

life long term?
A: What you want to do is make sure the battery
is always completely dead before charging . Even
if you get back from a ride and it still has
energy left. You can discharge if needed by leaving
the unit on.
Q: What do I do to properly maintain the life
of the battery if I am storing it away during
the off season of riding?
A: What you want to do is charge the battery
completely and put it into storage then take
it out an discharge then charge again completely
every month or so. This will prolong your battery
life so that it will still work when you plan
on using it again.
Q: How do I properly use the voice activation
on the models?
A: What you want to do is first always have the
vox sensitivity knob at a very low setting while
making sure the mic is basically kissing your
lips.
Q: Are the Chatterbox units waterproof?
A: No, they are water resistant from things like
moisture but not rain Customers like to put some
sort of baggy to protect the unit itself.
Q: What if I don't want to mount the unit on the side of my helmet it's too heavy?
A: No problem, all you have to do is buy an optional
headset extension cord and you can mount the
unit where you like (i.e. tank bag, jacket
pocket handle bar etc.)
Q: Do you have a mount so that I can mount the unit on the handle bars?
A: No but you can easily make a handle bar
mount from one
of our normal
